Bali, Indonesia, is a top tourist destination in the world for scuba diving. There are many dive sites in Bali for you to enjoy, including but not limited to Sanur, Nusa Dua, and Koh Mun Law. The Bali diving season starts in March and goes until October. This is also the time that the ferry service starts from and lands at Kuta. The trip takes about two hours and includes a visit to Nusa Dua as well as a dive trip to Koh Mun Law.
Another reason why Bali is one of the best places for scuba diving during the wet season is that the waters are not as deep as they get throughout the rest of the year. This means that there is less to see in terms of marine life and that the visibility is not so good due to cloudiness. The water temperature during the wet season is between nine and ten degrees Celsius, which is still warm for tropical fish. But the coral reefs start to die off faster during the rainy season, which is also the time that they reproduce much faster than at other times.
