Mental health involves your psychological, emotional and social well being. It affects how you feel, think and act as you go through life. Sometimes, when you’re feeling down you may ask yourself, ‘How to fix my mental health?’. Following are some tips on how you can do this:

• Stay Positive – even in the face of difficult situations and negative events its important that you maintain a positive attitude and not let things get you down.

• Stay Healthy – your health is closely connected with your mental state and one influences the other. Try to eat well, participate in exercise (even a daily walk) and get plenty of sleep.

• Develop a Sense of Purpose – sometimes feeling like you have nothing to do or work towards can bring you down. Think about volunteering, learning new skills or finding a more challenging job to give yourself direction.
