Essential oils can be found in every scent imaginable. Commercial perfumes are mimicked to perfection and every natural scent that comes from an herb is also duplicated in an essential oil. Essential oil perfume blends can substitute for the commercial versions which often have too much alcohol or other strong chemicals mixed with the fragrance. Not all people can wear perfume as blended for the masses.
Essential oils make a good substitute because the mixture is easier on the skin, nose and sometimes the stomach. There are people who simply cannot stand the smell of perfume. The only thing they can safely tolerate is an essential oil.
Essential oils are sourced from things that nature produces, like the pure extracts or naturally created chemicals from plants. While perfumes often contain synthetic additives that have a far greater chance of causing a negative reaction in the sensitive body.
