Now more than ever, community building articles are needed to spread a message of hope among neighborhoods. Virtually every country has been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Many economies are at a breaking point.
In order to spread positivity rather than negativity, community members need to work closer together to think of ways to improve the morale as well as the economic plight of everyone in the neighborhood. It all starts with a neighborhood bulletin board where everybody is allowed to post messages.
Yard and garage sales, bake sales, and a common vegetable and fruit garden are just a few activities that can work wonders. Even the simple act of sharing vegetables and fruits can go a long way in making everybody feel a deep sense of belonging. And while putting out a community newsletter would be nice, just having a bulletin board in the coin laundry shop or the common garden or park will do.
