Use your body for your Home Strength Training instead of the machines. You can do squats and deadlifts without ever leaving the house using only your body and the weight of the dumbbells you are using.

A great exercise that uses both your legs and your core to help tone up is the reverse curl. To do the reverse curl, bring both dumbbells down to your side and hold them above your head, with your knees bent and your chest directly above your head. You will then make an explosive curl from your lower back and hips as high up into the air as you can and hold it for as long as possible.
