The TRX system works by using your bodyweight as load for your exercises. The straights might hang from a TRX wall mount while you pull or push your way through your routine. In order for this to work, you must have a sturdy mount.
The product itself must be of high quality from the anchor to the screws. Anchors are typically made of thick steel so make sure that even heavy users can rely on them with confidence. They can carry a few hundred pounds without a problem.
The wall must be strong enough as well. If it’s possible to drill a small hole on masonry and install the mount with an appropriate screw, then do it. If you have to do this on a drywall, then look for the parts with wood framing so that the screws can have something to grab on to.
